Webnish is a fast growing company targeted to be the key player in digital revolution of small and micro businesses. It aims to be partner to them for their digital needs.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to focus on growing adoption for an app that Webnish is building. This app will focus on small businesses such as beauty parlours, fashion boutiques, etc and will enable better customer control and customer relations. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and analysis of programs aimed at driving engagement for Webnish customers through this app. You will partner closely with the Webnish Product, Business, and Executive teams to drive adoption, engagement, and return on investment across multiple channels including web, in-product, email, and mobile.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for launching the new app product, building a market for it, and sustaining growth by creating and executing on focused marketing plans. You'll need to:

>> Launch this app, Understand and target our ideal market, and build the market for this product
>> Collaborate across the board on positioning and messaging
>> Set the vision and strategy for future app product development
>> Own the entire Go-to-market cycle
>> Develop campaigns across various platforms including web, e-mail, offline, and mobile.

Desired Profile & Skills:

>> Experience in marketing consumer apps
>> Experience in successfully launching new products
>> Experience in growth hacking including customer acquisition, retention, engagement and ROI

Job Overview:

The sales executive (SE) will be responsible for selling the company’s website development services to small and very small businesses, which do not have a website. This will require cold calling and directly approaching end customers through personal meetings or through email and telephone. The awareness will need to be built for the benefits of having a website and thereby create a need.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Following will be the key roles and responsibilities:

>> Identify target groups or geographies, create calling lists and either approach directly or through telephone or email and establish contact to sell company’s website building services
